This small casserole dish is a perfect serving piece or can be used in the oven as part of the food prep.  To prevent shocking this mid range fired piece, we suggest placing it in the oven at room temperature and in an oven under 400 degrees.  It easily serves 4-6.  It is glazed with food safe glazes that are also dishwasher and microwave safe.
